Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
Exchanges & Returns
Each item is made to order, so we currently offer exchanges only—no returns.
If you’d like to request an exchange, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. You can email lilah.blake003@gmail.com or send a message through shop chat, and we’ll be happy to help.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once your item is received back, we’ll start working on your exchange right away. While we aim to process exchanges quickly, please keep in mind that current orders are prioritized, so there may be a brief delay before your replacement is shipped.
