Shipping Timing
Please check each item’s listing for specific processing times. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, but we’re always happy to help if your package runs into a delay.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Blake Way is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds in these situations. That said, we’ll always do our best to support you and make the experience as smooth as possible.

Incorrect Address / Address Changes
Orders with incorrect shipping details or misspellings provided at checkout are not eligible for refunds once shipped. If a replacement is needed, it must be purchased at full price. Please double-check all information before completing your purchase. If you need to request an address change, you must contact us within 1 hour of ordering.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped via First Class mail and may take approximately 1–4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location. Blake Way is not responsible for delays caused by customs. Please note that some countries charge VAT or import fees, which are determined by your local government and are the buyer’s responsibility.
